Watercity Water Park has a rule: children up to 3 feet tall are considered infants, regardless of their age. They are admitted free of charge. In 2025 transfer by bus from Gournes to the Watercity Water Park takes place from 12/05 to 29/10. Available tour days – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Please note that trip schedules are subject to change, including cancellation. This is extremely rare and may be due to weather conditions. For example, heavy rains at the beginning (April and May) or end of the season (September and October) and other force majeure situations. If there are any changes, we will try to let you know as soon as possible.

Firstly, you can come to one of our offices where booking for all services is available and payment can be made either by cash or card.
Secondly, in case of online booking you can choose cash payment (which is available for some areas only) or you can pay online by card. In the case of cash, we will arrange a meeting with our courier in advance, who will bring the prepared documents to your hotel or villa and collect the cash. Please note that this option is only available for bookings made well in advance (days or weeks before the trip!). In case of online payment, you will receive the tickets by e-mail or WhatsApp – as you prefer.

It depends on the location of your hotel or villa. In some cases a tour bus will literally stop at the front door of the hotel and you just have to be there, in others it may be a short walk to the nearest pick-up point. This is usually a large central street, bus stop, square, car park, etc. – somewhere where there is no risk of the tour bus getting stuck on a narrow one-way street or stuck in traffic.
You will receive full details of the time and place of the pick-up with your travel documents when you make your booking. Please read it carefully before the trip.

Yes, but it is not necessary. In the water park you will find sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas and benches. They are all provided on site and are included in the admission price, subject to availability.
All guests entering the water must wear proper swimwear. This includes swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, swim trunks, board shorts, surf shirts and so on. Сlothes that is not allowed includes regular street clothing, denim, basketball shorts, t-shirts, tank tops and anything with zippers. No cotton, thick material or torn clothing is allowed in the water!
Since you have booked with us, all you need to do is show your already paid voucher and check in at the reception. You can then find your spot and start having fun!

Buses leave from the entrance of the water park to take you to your hotel. Each bus has a special sign with the name of the resort. You can find out the number of your bus and its departure time from the reception at the park entrance. Please note that when you purchase a trip to Watercity Water Park from us, the return transfer is already included in the price. No additional payment is required.
There is a reception at the entrance of the water park that is open all day. If you have any questions, you can go there and ask the staff.
